Call me a cynic but I'm not surprised. The powers that be are just as racist and intolerant as they were before a biracial president was elected. Do we all of the sudden expect the New York post to rise to the occasion and exempt President Obama from being the butt of tasteless jokes?
You know, I've been hearing about this on the news for a few days but they never showed the picture on CNN, perhaps they showed it when I wasn't looking. I did hear of a protest but I never knew what cartoon, or what the cartoon looked like, that they were talking about. I brushed it off as a no-big-deal kind of thing. But now as I look at this picture... Well, it is pretty F'd up actually :x
